The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The bathroom and shower was clean and the water pressure was great. Everything was what I expected and more. The receptionist and housekeeper went out of their way to assist me. I am handicapped and their assistance made my stay enjoyable. I was amazed at the number of guests that are I came to Indianapolis staying there more long term. It was not noisey at all.

My husband had a medical procedure do we couldn’t eat breakfast. We ended up not needing the second night but couldn’t check out early. We asked for a refund but unfortunately we didn’t get back from the hospital until 2:00. She said we were too late. We also had a charge appear this morning for 86.73 and not sure what that is. With my husband’s illness, we will be using this motel again but disappointed that the 2nd night couldn’t be refunded.

It was just so peaceful for me last one at the end of hall not much noise friendly staff always there to help. Plus it has a full kitchen store cook and clean up. So perfect if you brought food in to fix for your family.

We were running a little late for check-in lady at desk knew we were traveling some distance and and wanted to make sure we would be ok because we had children with us . She did all she could to make sure we would have our room when we arrived
